I write this blog for everyone who’s ever felt inadequate.

This world is tough, and whether you’re selling products and services or just trying to find a job, the process of putting ourselves out there and the ensuing lack of response leaves many of us absolutely disheartened.

I was one of them.

When I was ready to return to the workforce after my son started school, I was shocked at how difficult it seemed to be to find a job. I had run two home-based businesses and managed a third during my time as a homemaker, but I still couldn’t seem to translate that experience properly to find outside employment. I lacked the tools necessary to nail the process, and as time dragged on, the confidence I had at the start of the search had dwindled to almost nothing.

And if it were only moms returning to the workforce who needed encouragement, I probably wouldn’t have started this webpage. I would have likely thought the same thing many of us feel, “It was hard, but I did it, and so can you.” …and that would have been the end of it.

But it’s not just moms returning to work after a gap who need a little reassurance.

It’s also some of the brightest and most educated people I know, who shared with me their own horrible feelings of inadequacy. Many of them have become so discouraged by the hiring process, that they’re not ready to try again. They have accepted mediocre employment because the process has left them feeling mediocre.

Some of the most intelligent business owners I know have revealed to me those same feelings of insufficiency. Business school teaches us that there’s a buyer for every product, but these founders are still plagued by the same discouragement and stagnation felt by the rest of us.

The looming languish we feel inside affects our ability to grow and thrive in the world, but when we are planted in the right soil everything changes. I started this webpage to help you bloom.

I’ve read the books, watched the documentaries, heard the podcasts, subscribed to the newsletters and viewed the obscene number of YouTube vlogs on the subjects of personal branding and communications, and I share the best of what I’ve learned here.

And, you can start when you’re ready.

But why wait?

Let’s increase your confidence, sense of security, and salary – starting today.

It might only be a blog post away.
