I was hooked from the first day I saw the Myspace blog feature. Immediately, I began filling wide-ruled spiral notebooks with all of the things I would post later on the blog. I’d anxiously wait until I got home, log into our desktop computer with my MSN email address, and start typing my post. I loved posting on that little blog, creating pages and pages of observations, helpful hints, and teenage angst-filled slam poetry.
Myspace has gone the way of AIM and Netzero, but you don’t have to Ask Jeeves to see how much it inspired me. I’m so glad for this opportunity to reawaken the blogger within!
